01
For the maker
A more durable connection to the products it creates.
01 / The role
A trust layer for the physical world.
TANK4U is intended to give an individual product a more durable and useful reference across the people and organisations that interact with it.
One product. More continuity.
The public value is simple: a product’s identity can remain meaningful beyond the moment it is first labelled, shipped or sold.
02
For commerce
Clearer context when a product changes hands.
03
For the holder
A stronger basis for confidence in a product’s recorded status.
Designed around decisions.
The goal is to make relevant product information easier to understand at the moment it is needed, while respecting the roles of the participating organisations.
A more useful answer when someone asks: “What do we know about this product now?”
